[Bug 13257] bricscad: Some items in are completely missing, sperators are wrong oriented

The "bad" is in appdb screenshots. For example this one:

The "good" is for example here:
http://krakonos.org/home/bricscad-win.png

Those are exactly the same versions. Notice the right vertical toolbar - you
can see the bad separators. If you will compare it carefully (which I did not
for the first time), you can see that few items at the bottom are missing.

PS: I've just got an idea - what if they are not really missing, but are pulled
away by the wrong separators (which needs more space than the program thinks)?
