Stack trace from clean install on wine 1.0 RC2

Video for windows (VFW) 

Used to install properly now with wine Wine 1.0-rc2 it will not.

Simply gets to the end of the install and hangs.

A number of games rely on this package to work. 

The package fails with windows 95 and windows 98 mode
