At least for the program I was playing with, this was not sufficient.  I ended
up stubbing out a LOT of functions to get things to proceed - I'm going to look
into seeing if I can make things a bit more reasonable.  It'd be nice to get
things running without using the native gdi+ dll, but this particular class of
functions seems to be largely unimplemented.
