There seem to be some people who get sound working in the addon. I am not one
of them. They never seem to tell me what DLLs they're using and how, although I
do know that Harware Accel needs to be set to Emulation. Still no deal for me.

So, this bug still exists. xactengine are still needed, and the addon still has
no sound at all.
