I think there are too many ways a URL can be wrong to correct them ourselves,
including the simple case of miss spelling!

If a vendor entry in the DB includes which user submitted it,
just needs the form creation and processing in vendor.php.
Should be little more complicated than url.php.
Perhaps one should have the option to delete a vendor as well?
