Is the any regressions with this patch or why can't you put it to the main
trunk for the official development releases? It would be so much easier to
enjoy about this feature if it were automatically installed. This is quite
common thing, so it would help many ordinary users.

Could you please say any reasons, why this patch would not be good for the main
code?
