StrongDC++ does not have an "installer" , it is a simple .7z archive .
Check it out: http://strongdc.sourceforge.net/download.php?lang=eng

It does not have a setup.exe or something similar.
You just unpack it ,execute StrongDC.exe and it runs.


So this bug is not INVALID, i think there is a real problem here.

As i've said i'll look into it and post relevant informations as soon as i have
them.
