So it looks like the issue is that the Armadillo protection, even if it isn't
actually causing the problem, makes it difficult to debug.  Is there no way,
then, to see what's going on?  The application is not crashing but appears to
be stuck in a loop -- might any of wine's debugging output be able to give a
clue as to where it's stuck?  I'm willing to spend some time looking into
this... where in wine might I start adding print statements? :)
