Patch

Newest iteration of patch. Scans /dev/ttyS* and then dosdevices/com* to
override.

The patch will apply to any recent wine version (since 2006?) - I don't think
oldconfig.c has been touched in a while.
It hasn't been accepted into the source tree, since they are keen on
implementing the HAL instead of adding to the local hacks for hardware support.
