SonED v.0.50b in Wine 1.1.9

Ok, I've just tested it. I tried SonED v.0.50b in Wine 1.1.9 on my Gentoo/Linux
amd64 machine.

Just after running soned.exe, it asks for a file. I've supplied "Sonic the
Hedgehog 2 (JUE) [!].bin", which is another name for "Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (W)
(REV01) [!].bin". Then, I can assure: the scrollbars do work.

SonED itself is not usable yet, because of many rendering issues inside the
main "canvas", but the scrollbars do work.

Looks like, among other rendering issues, only the bottom half of the main
SonED canvas is drawn. Also, while using the scrollbars, sometimes only a
portion of the canvas was refreshed.

I've also did the test in a Windows XP running inside VirtualBox. I took
screenshots for comparison.
