This is how DragonBar looks running winetricks gdiplus, and I think that's how
it's supposed to look in Windows. The "buttons" are just words printed on
background grey, but they change color to white when you put the mouse over
them and blue (shown) when pressed. 
The white space below the buttons displays status messages. 
The microphone usually displays correctly. It changes position and turns green
when the microphone is active.
