[Bug 15511] Cosmigo ProMotion - some icons are blacked out / drawn incorrectly

This program stores its icons in 3 bitmaps:

jeffz at genera:~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Cosmigo/Pro Motion 6$ file *.bmp
icons13x13.bmp: PC bitmap data, Windows 3.x format, 104 x 13 x 8
icons16x16.bmp: PC bitmap data, Windows 3.x format, 3264 x 16 x 8
icons20x20.bmp: PC bitmap data, Windows 3.x format, 2800 x 20 x 8

If I convert these to 24bpp or 32bpp then they display just fine in the
application, so it would seem there is a problem with 8bpp bitmaps...

Applying http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=9883 from bug 9728 also fixes
the issue, so I guess it's a duplicate.
