winedebug relay output 

It was suggested that I run WINEDEBUG=+seh,+relay wine natspeak. I tried, but
the output went into an endless loop, and the program never opened. 
So I ran WINEDEBUG=+relay only, to see what was up. The program still looped
endlessly. 
The last thousand or so lines (before I killed wineserver) are attached.
