Same as in comment #8, reverting 9aaa24091f9b93f8071b9685b6eaa8c6f16ff826 fixed
a bunch of issues with WoW. The gnome panel wasn't overriding WoW for me, but I
nonetheless was unable to use the mouse at the bottom of the screen in WoW
(where my gnome panel happens to be). Moreover, whenever I was switching
desktop, the WoW fullscreen window was suddenly changing resolution.
