I tried with the latest edxor (using both the v1.65 installer and v1.xx
standalone) and wasn't able to reproduce the error by opening up the edxor.exe
executable.  I tried moving and editing the file with the keyboard and mouse,
and couldn't cause it to crash.

Could you retest to see if the bug has been fixed?
