To fix this issue, use the following in your registry:

[Software\\Wine\\Direct3D] 1225258249
"DirectDrawRenderer"="OpenGL"
"OffscreenRenderingMode"="fbo"
"UseGLSL"="enabled"
"VideoMemorySize"="512"                     //change this to your graphics card
VRAM (in MB)
