Louis' shlwapi patch has been in for a few days,
so now the recipe is just 

1. Copy msxml3.dll and msxml3r.dll from windows xp to
system32, and use winecfg to override msxml3
to get around bug 14864.

2. winetricks directx9 to get the missing registry setting mentioned in #13

Since we already have bug 14864 for the msxml3 problem, I guess
this bug is just about the missing directx registry entry now,
changing category and summary.
