Moved to Ext3, no luck, the same error. BUT if I leave the drive as default, it
will install it. The letter, C:, refers to ../drive_c in the WineCfg tool.
While I added the I: drive, which now refers to /windows/I, which is the actual
path to the FAT32 drive. It seems it doesn't like installing to FAT32s or just
the drive should be written differently. Y: refers to /home/dainius (my user),
so I might try and install to that place as well and see if it does install
outside the .wine folder.
