I can do full install with current git & new wine prefix here with no problem.
If you can, check 

1) if there is enough HDD space
2) CD isn't damaged / all files can be read / works in windows
3) what happens with a new wine prefix (for convenience,
WINEPREFIX=/home/yourname/some_temp_folder  wine /mnt/cdrom/Setup.exe will
install into a new wine prefix in some_temp_folder that can be removed after
test)
