Hmm, looking at your log:

It seems you haven't installed iSeries Navigator?  You should run the setup
program from the CD, eg: wine /cdrom/setup.exe

Or, if you don't have the CD available, copy the iSeries setup and files from
your server to a directory on your computer and then run the setup program.
