[Bug 14809] Mafia: Fails to respond to executing MafiaSetup.exe

I've tried running MafiaLauncher.exe first and I still get nothing. I tried
running it via the terminal using 'wine MafiaLauncher.exe' and got:

err:module:import_dll Library MFC42.DLL (which is needed by
L"H:\\Desktop\\cd\\MafiaLauncher.exe") not found
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for
L"H:\\Desktop\\cd\\MafiaLauncher.exe" failed, status c0000135

I'm also not really able to do a regression test as I'm not too confident that
I can do it correctly. =(
