In Half-Life & Episode One I could turn off(disable) GLSL in the registry w/o
any problems with rendering/textures to avoid these issues described above.
With Episode Two if you turn off GLSL in the registry everything renders in B/W
and is unworkable. Enabling GLSL is horrible. 

Infinite loops of:
fixme:d3d_surface:surface_load_ds_location (0xd8013a0) Not supported with fixed
up depth stencil
fixme:d3d_texture:IWineD3DTextureImpl_PreLoad Texture (0xd975d90) has been
reloaded at least 20 times due to WINED3DSAMP_SRGBTEXTURE changes on it's
sampler
fixme:d3d_texture:IWineD3DTextureImpl_PreLoad Texture (0xdc10908) has been
reloaded at least 20 times due to WINED3DSAMP_SRGBTEXTURE changes on it's
sampler


Ubuntu 64-bit,wine 1.1.4,nvidia driver version 173.14.12,rendering with fbo ~
256 megs video memory
