Yes, ImmConfigureIME(A/W) is presently just a stub. It would probably be not
too hard to write the correct pass through to the IME underneath however then
the wine default IME in x11drv would have to be expanded to have the concept of
a dictionary and be able to use it and that is probably a lot of work.
