it looks like the specific bug you're talking about here, is caused by the fact
that the app is expecting .net 2.0 to be installed. Furthermore the app depends
on several packages

doing a 'wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks msxml6 dotnet20
mdac27 jet40' i was able to successfully install the app, and start it. It also
seems to need comscvs.dll (and registering it), i copied it , along with some
dependency dlls to system32.
