Regression, saw it reported in AppDB (feature I don't use much...)

Hangs on:
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x14a05c "videorenderer.c:
VideoRendererImpl.csFilter" wait timed out in thread 0009, blocked by 0029,
retrying (60 sec)
