Replying to myself:, i already can reproduce the bug. For me the bug is gone
after copying shdocvw.dll and shlwapi.dll to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32,
and running them  native:

 WINEDLLOVERRIDES="shdocvw,shlwapi=n" wine Yugioh\ Virtual\ Desktop\ 9.exe

Could you try if that work-around works for you too? If so, most likely it's
missing stuff in shdocvw that causes this bug
