maybe i should have been a bit clearer: you have to copy the two dlls from a
windows-partition to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/

The 2 dlls that are already there are just fake/stub dlls, copy the 2 real
windows dlls over it. If you don't have a windows-partition you can't test
that, but i already did, and it works around  the bug apparently
