Are you sure you created the key the right way? from your log it seems as if it
still is not present:

0027:Call advapi32.RegOpenKeyExA(80000002,004ab7b0
"Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\App

0027:Ret  advapi32.RegOpenKeyExA() retval=00000002 ret=00474b44


A simple way way to to create that key would be "winetricks fakeie6"
Could you try that and report back plz
