Confirmed with SBLive! CT4830 module emu10k1
goes to about 101% on dual core AMD64 but running 32 bit system.

But then i ran it as root and had it only run at about 10% max over an hour so
far, and thats about what it runs on windows xp about 10% to 20% on windows, so
maybe a permission thing with something.
