With the retail Witcher: Enhanced Edition discs, after installation of the game
completes the installer begins to install redistributables. Installation
appears to complete, but process does not terminate correctly in terminal and
errors ensue. 

Attempting to patch the game with TWEE_Upgrade.exe shows that installation did
not finish.
