I've made it!
Ubuntu Hardy 8.04.1

First of all I've install DirectX 9.0c (man
http://www.wine-reviews.net/microsoft/directx-90c-march-2008-redistributable-on-linux-with-wine.html)

Then download 2 DLL's
d3dx9_29.dll
d3dx9_36.dll
and copy them ~/home/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32
