I've been debugging this a bit I think I've got it.  Fixes opencanvas 1.1
atleast, hopefully the other programs that have the inverted y axe thing as
well.

Tested for regressions with Photoshop CS2 and openCanvas 4.5 and they seem to
be working ok.
