Outdoor environments in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are a mess.

Lots of errors like:

fixme:d3d_shader:print_glsl_info_log Error received from GLSL shader #110:
"Fragment shader was successfully compiled to run on hardware.\nWARNING: 0:2:
extension 'GL_ARB_draw_buffers' is not supporte"

Tested on Ubuntu 9.04 beta amd64 with Wine 1.18 using restricted fglrx driver
included in 9.04 beta.
