Doing a simple search of "unimplemented function
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateEffectPool, aborting" in Bugzilla resulted in two other
programs that might be affected by this bug as well

And I am sure there are more, since it seems most backtraces are attached as
separate files in this bug tracker.
I would discourage from that practice because it cripples the search feature
and prevents developers to trace how large of an impact a certain bug is having
overall.
