I confirm that EVE Online seems to be fixed using the 180.44 Nvidia driver. It
still has a crash related to moving the mouse in and out of the window (and
using virtual desktops) but I don't think that is related. EVE now runs for
hours where before it could not last for more than ~30 minutes before crashing
with GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY. VIRT also stays below 4096m (but above 3500m, which is
still disturbing to me).
Sins of a Solar Empire however, still crashes, with exactly the same behavior
(memory creeping to 4096m VIRT, followed by GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY).
