This bug IS a limitation/bug of the wineconsole. In order for any console
application to communicate with the windows console it needs to call
PeekConcoleInput/ReadConsoleInput directly. While this works fine in Windows,
under Wine it causes the aforementioned bug. It seems the calls to
X11DRV_MsgWaitForMultipleObjectsEx() are not made when accessing conole
directly under wine. What is a procedure for submitting a fix for kernel32?
