Scalable Wine icon from Ubuntu Studio

Our default icon is two dimensional and clashes with most themes. It would be
nice to provide tango-compliant icons to be consistant with other icons on the
system.

The Ubuntu Studio project has already provided a few for the Wine menu items
that appear on Ubuntu. The whole icon theme package can be downloaded here:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/ubuntustudio-icon-theme
Part of Tango compliance is having special small versions of the icons that
stand out a bit more (that is, the 1 pixel highlighting isn't scaled down).
This is done by providing separate .png files of specific sizes, and will need
to be done manually.
