Does wine-gecko hand off to crypt32? It includes the NSS libraries so I assumed
it used those, in which case the default certificates are in nssckbi.dll as
mentioned earlier. (I doubt newer versions of that DLL contain intermediate
CAs, though I could be wrong, so simply dropping in a newer one may not help)
