Yes, in Savannah.  It's linked from the page where you downloaded it.

There's a BTS, but it's only for issues related to the build system. 
Everything else is a Wine issue (be it a bug, an enhancement, whatever).

Anyway, FWIW, I think it doesn't hurt to add this information.
