can confirm this in wine 1.1.27
for me its crashing with Unhandled exception: page fault on execute access to
0x00000022 in 32-bit code (0x00000022).

I think its line "return This->vtbl->stop_binding(This, hresult);" in
BindStatusCallback_OnStopBinding (mshtml/navigate.c)
