WineHQ's Bugzilla won't remember that I have logged in.  I have full cookies
enabled, and other web sites that use cookies to handle login work perfectly. 
In order to add a short comment to another bug report, I logged in and entered
the comment.  When I clicked 'Commit', the site required me to log in again.

I'm using Mozilla 3.0.13 on Mandriva Linux 2009.0 in case that matters.
