wine log in installation

Tested on win 1.1.27 and installation is not working. Installer complains on
terminating with error. However, shortcuts and menu items are inserted
correctly and rerunning setup.exe shows that CrystalReports is already
installed and it allows you to Repair, Modify or Uninstall.

Also, cannot install language packs because "Crystal Report should be installed
first".
