etax run output with backtrace, wine 1.1.27 with msxml4

My attempt: with fresh wine tree, and msxml4 added using winetricks, the
program crashes with the same NTDLL error that I got when using ie6.

This indicates to me that the gecko error is fixed, and a new bug one should be
opened for the NTDLL error, if it is genuine.

I have not been able to reproduce Eugene's bug.

I am attaching run and backtrace. Other bugs mentioning c000025 errors in ntdll
 suggest additional native components, but do not agree which ones.
