I can help with this one. Unless someone plays all 1,000 games listed here,
it's tough to understand what we all are talking about because we all assume
everyone is playing the same game ;)

The second screen shot shows a good example, I experience this bug myself if in
full-screen mode.

Basically, the game UI is being drawn full-screen, but the game video is in the
little corner. So in the second screen-shot you'll see that the mouse is in the
black area, but the "options" button is lit up.

Where the mouse is, that's the option button, but the video is all small in the
corner.

So full-screen UI and a small corresponding screen that don't match up.
