I took a look at the executable using PEView.exe, and the executable just has a
bogus security directory entry.  It probably should have been cleared by
whatever utility created it, but instead the offset and size are valid, even
though the data at that offset are part of the MSI data seen in comment 5.  I
have a patch, which I'll submit shortly.
