type `winecfg` at the terminal.
Then you'll need to start your application by changing to it's directory at the
terminal and running it with `wine foo.exe`.   If you need help with that visit
the forum http://forum.winehq.org or the irc channel.

ps.  You've just changed it back to major, please don't do that.
