Thanks. The app calls ExitProcess() which leads to

and SoundLibSPN.dll on detach calls

later on ws2_32.select() resumes and returns to the already unloaded
SoundLibSPN.dll.

Looks like ws2_32.WSACleanup() hasn't terminated all the waiters. Probably
a ws2_32 bug.
