For me on an AMD64 system, the PhysX component would not install. After
upgrading to the latest Wine release (1.1.34) I was able to install PhysX by
using winetricks (which also would not install previously). The installer then
got stuck on the dxsetup as Xavier said, but after killing that process the
installer continued error-free and the game subsequently worked.
