But as you see I checked native Wine. I did it following the instruction 
(http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting) and didn't have any troubles.
I notice that in test box Wine-gecko didn't install at all. And everything 
worked fine.

So ... may be in Gentoo the same problem with wine-gecko as Suse?
Try compile wine yourself or send email to Gentoo's maintainer of wine.
