Video card is Intel 865g, driver version is 2.9.1-1.fc12.

I don't think it's a driver issue. This game is ancient (like 1998) so its
video card reqs are very low, and it runs more than fine on Windows XP. And
I've been able to run other Windows 3D games with higher quality without any
problems on Wine.
